👗 Collection Let the party begin…
In October 2022, my second book, Couture for the Festive Season, was published by Éditions Marie-Claire.
A book dedicated to festive outfits, exploring fabrics, shapes, drapes and cuts: from the little black dress to the deconstructed crop top, via the loose yet chic jumpsuit and the geometric clutch.
This book gave rise to a mini-collection, Let the Party Begin…, bringing together the bold, standout pieces from the project.
The L’Intrépide skirt is one such iconic creation.

L’Intrépide is the skirt with real character.
Both classy, thanks to its well-fitted waist and hips, and decidedly quirky with its asymmetrical ruffle, it breaks the mould and adds dynamism to the silhouette.

L’Intrépide is designed for seamstresses who are comfortable with:
- fitting a zip,
- sewing a right-angled ruffle, which requires a bit of precision.
Nothing too fiddly, but a challenging and very rewarding project.
