To sew this sleep mask, you will need:

• 1 rectangle measuring 13 × 23 cm for the outside of the mask
• 1 rectangle measuring 13 × 23 cm for the inside
• 1 rectangle measuring 13 × 23 cm of iron-on fleece
• 1 rectangle measuring 5 × 54 cm for the elastic cover
• 12 mm flat elastic:
  • 35 cm for a child
  • 40 cm for an adult
