The world’s simplest PDF pattern for a bum bag, for children and adults. 3 sizes included: child (W28 x H11 cm), adult (W36 x H14 cm) and XXL (W45 x H18 cm)
The idea is to keep it as simple as possible, with just a single zip and no bias binding on the inside!
Included in the download: the full-colour step-by-step instruction booklet, the A4 PDF file for the children’s bum bag (3 pages), the A4 PDF file for the adult bum bag (3 pages), the A4 PDF file for the XXL bum bag (3 pages) and the A0 file to be printed at a print shop or projected if needed.
This bag is to be made using a sewing machine.
FABRIC & SEWING SUPPLIES REQUIRED (for the adult size):
- Outer fabric: 30 cm (width 150 cm).
- Lining fabric: 30 cm (width 150 cm).
- H250-type fusible interfacing: 30 cm
- 130 cm of webbing (40 mm).
- 1 40 cm zip.
- One “bouclip” and one bag buckle.
RECOMMENDED FABRICS FOR THIS PATTERN:
- Canvas, or a similar fairly stiff upholstery fabric.
- For the lining, a basic cotton fabric.
