👗 Collection Let the party begin…
In October 2022, my second book, Couture for the Festive Season, was published by Éditions Marie-Claire.
A book dedicated to festive outfits, exploring fabrics, shapes, volumes and cuts: from the little black dress to the deconstructed crop top, via the loose yet chic jumpsuit and the geometric clutch bag.
This book gave rise to a mini-collection, Let the Party Begin…, bringing together the standout and daring pieces from the project.
The La Bohème skirt is a perfect embodiment of this.

La Bohème is a long skirt full of character.
With its fitted waist, its tie-up ribbon, its asymmetrical cut and its light ruffles, it adds volume, movement and a beautiful sweep to this piece that certainly doesn’t go unnoticed.
A decidedly feminine and airy skirt, which echoes the words of the greats:
‘La Bohème, La Bohème, it meant… you’re pretty.’

La Bohème is aimed at seamstresses who are comfortable with:
- fitting a zip,
- handling large amounts of fabric.
A challenging but very rewarding project, resulting in a spectacular skirt.
