The fabric quantities given are based on a width of 150 cm (60”).
Recommended fabrics:
Silk, cotton, polyester, satin, viscose, crepe de chine, muslin, fine cotton, or other natural or blended fabrics with a fluid drape.
Approximate fabric requirements:
- Main fabric: approximately 1.70 to 2.00 m (depending on the length of the skirt)
- Interlining: 20 cm
- Concealed zip: 50 to 60 cm
Standard materials:
- Ruler, measuring tape
- Matching thread (textured polyester or nylon recommended depending on the fabric)
- Scissors or rotary cutter
- Iron
- Staples or pins
